Six steps, and nothing proceeds without your approval. You share the brief. We shortlist styles and partner makers and show your brand on them. You receive a written proposal. We direct the samples, oversee production, and bring in our brand and marketing partners for the launch. Minimums, sample times and lead times are confirmed in writing for each piece.

What happens at each step.
Brief
You send the brand, the products, a target quantity, timing and any sketches or references through the request form. We reply by email with questions, usually about price point, channels and branding.
You get: A clear brief and a short call if useful.
Range and references
We propose starting styles, materials and colourways, and preview your name or logo on them in the Shoe Studio or as flat artwork.
You get: A shortlist of styles and a branding preview.
Quote
A written quote per style: minimum order, sample time, production lead time, unit costs, and SOCELLE’s fee as a separate line. Nothing is ordered before you accept it.
You get: A written quote you can compare.
Sampling
Samples are made to the brief. You review fit, materials, finish and branding. Every change is written into the brief before the next round.
You get: An approved sample.
Production, overseen
Production begins after you approve the sample and the order. The partner maker produces; we follow it through confirmations, updates and pre-shipment checks agreed in advance.
You get: Your order, shipped.
Launch
If you want it: product photography direction, line sheets, ecommerce product pages, a wholesale buyer portal and launch content.
You get: Ready to sell.

Frequently asked.
What do I need to start?
A short description of your brand, the products you want, a target quantity and timing. Sketches, references and a logo help but are not required.
Who owns the design and the branding?
Your brand name, logo and artwork stay yours. Ownership of new designs, patterns and moulds is set out in the written proposal before work starts.
What does private label cost?
Each project is quoted in writing. The proposal separates SOCELLE’s fee from product, sampling, packaging, shipping and duties, so you can see each cost.
Can I order samples before committing to production?
Yes. Sampling is a separate, approved step. Production is confirmed only after you approve the sample.

A few lines is enough: the product, the quantities and the timing. We reply by email, then send a written proposal with minimums and timing for each piece.
