Talent & partnerships

The right relationship starts with the brief.

SOCELLE handles brand talent briefs and representation inquiries across fashion, beauty and wellness. Influencer and celebrity profile work, creative collaborators and production needs are considered against the actual assignment.

Who this is for

Brands booking a campaign or partnership, and talent seeking a focused conversation about representation.

What the work can include

  • Brand booking brief

Define the audience, deliverables, dates, markets, usage, exclusivity and budget before discussing a shortlist.

  • Fit and feasibility

Review creative fit, availability and commercial terms. Any booking remains subject to talent confirmation and a written agreement.

  • Profile and partnership scope

For representation inquiries, review the portfolio, existing obligations and goals before proposing any management relationship.

What we need to begin

There is no public roster or implied availability. A submitted inquiry does not create representation or reserve talent. Fees, usage rights and any commission structure require a written agreement.

How we assess the work

A campaign can be assessed against approved deliverables, rights compliance and agreed audience/commercial signals. Representation objectives are set individually after fit and obligations are understood.

The proposal records the starting point, agreed outputs and review method. Client results are published only with permission and supporting evidence.

From brief to next step

  1. Read the brand

Align the audience, category, commercial problem and decision makers before making new work.

  2. Define the assignment

Agree the deliverables, rights, channel plan, responsibilities and measures in a written scope.

  3. Make and connect

Build the identity, experience, assets or customer journeys with review points at the decisions that matter.

  4. Learn after launch

Review the agreed signals and decide what to keep, change or commission next.
