CRM & lifecycle

Give the next purchase a reason to happen.

SOCELLE connects customer data, product context and brand voice to the moments after acquisition. The work begins with the journeys a customer actually needs, then builds the flows and campaign rhythm to support them.

Who this is for

Brands with an active customer base, an underused email platform or an acquisition programme that needs better retention.

What the work can include

  • Lifecycle and data review

Inspect consent, capture points, customer segments, existing flows and the product’s natural repurchase cycle.

  • Journey implementation

Scope and build priority welcome, post-purchase, replenishment or win-back journeys with appropriate exclusions and review points.

  • Campaign system and handover

Create reusable templates, an editorial calendar, testing priorities and a reporting method the team can maintain.

What we need to begin

Bring authorized access to the current CRM/email and commerce systems. Data quality, consent records and integration support are prerequisites; new software is recommended only when the existing stack cannot meet the scope.

How we assess the work

Measure delivery, unsubscribes, repeat purchase by cohort and attributable revenue with a stated method. Use holdouts where feasible; avoid presenting email-platform attribution as proven incremental revenue.

The proposal records the starting point, agreed outputs and review method. Client results are published only with permission and supporting evidence.

From brief to next step

  1. Read the brand

Align the audience, category, commercial problem and decision makers before making new work.

  2. Define the assignment

Agree the deliverables, rights, channel plan, responsibilities and measures in a written scope.

  3. Make and connect

Build the identity, experience, assets or customer journeys with review points at the decisions that matter.

  4. Learn after launch

Review the agreed signals and decide what to keep, change or commission next.
