A submission is an inquiry, not a representation agreement. Scope, terms and duration are set with each person. We do not publish a roster until relationships and permissions are confirmed.
What management actually does
Press, brand deals, appearances and commissions go through one desk. Briefs are assessed for fit before they reach you. Terms, usage, territory and delivery are handled in writing. You stay on the work.
Companies looking to book talent should not use this door. They use the client brief. Influencers, celebrities and creatives use the profile-management inquiry.
